Condate Singers
Condate is the Roman name for Northwich, and is associated with the coming together of the rivers (now Weaver and Dane). We come together to sing and to entertain and so we thought that the name is appropriate for our choir.
We are a mixed four part choir, with about 35 members, and we have been singing together since January 2002. We aim to sing a wide variety of music old and new, secular and sacred, with something to suit all tastes.
We perform by request, for publicly advertised concerts in aid of charities (often churches) and for private parties.
Rehearsals are on Thursday nights in Northwich Methodist Church and are from 7.30pm to 9.15pm. We are always keen to attract new members, especially Tenors and Basses.
